Urban Metrology 2

I just noticed for certain that the clergy updated the time on their inaccurate timepiece today! It’s now accurate within at least 30 seconds, but I’ll have to wait until the next hour for a more accurate reading… Stay tuned.

Update (01:01 AM). Didn’t get a signal in time. We may be talking about a 10 second accuracy here though.

Update (02:05 AM). Damn, wasn’t paying attention and missed it.

Update (03:01 AM). Got it! Chimed at 02:59:46AM. That’s 13 seconds fast (plus or minus one second). That’s not bad at all. Far more accurate than my radio controlled clock which is 2 minutes fast. I’ll pen a congratulatory letter tomorrow.
