As I haven't used Gnome in over a year, I'm orphaning my Debian BTS Applet (original blog post).
After the original release it was forked for Launchpad and there were even plans for OpenSUSE fork. Jon Dowland also released his debgtd tool which isn't Gnome-specific and somewhat more useful for developers, although actual development has stalled with patches pending.
I would be willing to sponsor uploads if a non-Debian Developer was to adopt it.
