  1. Try a change in running style. Pose running might help you out but it takes a little more cardio to pull it off due to high cadence.

    Get a shoe with less padding. Try the Vibram Five Fingers.

    Also, Google Authors@Google and search for "Born to Run". You want the conference where the speaker is wearing a long sleave black shirt. Or read the book :)
