Welsh is not ROT-13

Spent the weekend in Wales (specifically, Holyhead) with the University Symphony Orchestra. We were preparing for a concert was on the Sunday afternoon in Beaumaris which went quite well. Beaumaris is a really pretty place, with a lovely backdrop of hills across the bay. All in all, the weekend was really enjoyable, with a multitude of amusing, funny and remarkable tales that this margin is too small to contain.

Seeing everything written in English and Welsh was amusing at first, but one loses the ability to infer things from signs that don't have much on them. They're also setting themselves up for a known-plaintext attack, and possibly even a chosen-plaintext as the natives are generally enough to translate something for you if you ask.
